What is the standard treatment of a Kidney Stone?
At Southside Kidney Specialists, we focus on identifying the source of your kidney stone and treating the problem directly. We can help you figure out what kind of kidney stone you are experiencing, and we can also help you decide when it is time to go to the hospital.
We also focus on small changes and habits you can implement to help you avoid inconvenient and painful symptoms. Our patients with kidney stones are managed by two doctors—an urologist and a nephrologist—to help prevent kidney stones from happening again.
